PROFESSIONAL STUDIES / LIFE PROGRAMS Metaphysics Certificate Commencing Term 3, 2008 Overview: The Metaphysics Certificate is a personal, psychic and spiritual development course for people seeking change. Our transformation life program is a pragmatic approach to well-being and provides you with life skills that help you create what you want in life. The Metaphysics course is based on the simple philosophy that “what is on the inside is reflected on the outside”. If you have balance within yourself then all aspect of your life will reflect that balance. Our practical spiritual philosophy explores the reasons behind the actions that stop us from enjoying balance and harmony in our lives. You will learn how to identify and replace limiting belief patterns and habits that prevent you from being your authentic self. You will uncover core patterns that sabotage your relationships, learn to understand the energy of emotions and how to manage them. You will develop skills to heal both conscious and subconscious wounds that no longer serve you. It gives you the tools to locate your true essence, to remove imbalances within your life, re-charge yourself and re-direct yourself to gain the most out of life. It encourages you to live life with a sense of freedom that comes with self-empowerment. Course Structure: The metaphysics certificate is a theoretical and practical skills based experiential course. This 1-year course is run over four terms and includes an all inclusive weekend retreat component. Each term is 10 week longs. Classes are of 2 hours duration once per week. Retreat The Metaphysics retreat is a heart centred retreat that provides students of Metaphysics with a wonderful opportunity to gain clarity of the heart. During their 3 days away from the demands of their busy lives students can unwind and spend time processing and clearing away heart issues, renewing their spirit and reconnecting with themselves, nature and the cosmos. PROFESSIONAL STUDIES / LIFE PROGRAMS Parapsychology Certificate Commencing Term 3, 2008 Overview: The Parapsychology Certificate is for people who are seeking advanced transpersonal development. Parapsychology is the study of the projection of the soul and of the paranormal. Continuing the personal, psychic and spiritual foundations gained in Metaphysics, the Parapsychology Certificate facilitates the connection with the higher self to help you explore the deeper realms of your soul. This challenging and rewarding process will teach you how to access and work with your inner vision, your higher truth and integrity. It is for people who want peak experiences, for people who seek enlightenment through self-realisation. We will provide you with powerful transformational skills that will help you create a new way of living and being. This course also gives you theoretical, practical and energetic skills to gain proficiency in clairvoyant practices, soul retrieval, entity removals, astral projection, and other paranormal elements. Who is this course for: The program is design for people who want to work as professional metaphysicians, and people who want to help and support people in need of professional help regarding all aspects of the paranormal. PROFESSIONAL STUDIES / LIFE PROGRAMS Advanced Certificate in Spiritual Healing Commencing Term 3, 2008 Overview: In today’s hectic world there are precious few people walking around who feel in touch and in ‘tune’ with themselves. More commonly we complain of difficulty balancing busy working lives and the needs of the inner self, and a general lack of well-being. Most of us would like to dramatically reduce stress and anxiety in our lives, feel more peaceful and relaxed, gain perceptual clarity, experience greater joy and confidence, increase our energy levels and improve our physical health. Illness and dis-ease is the body’s way of telling us we are not at ease within ourselves. It gives us the opportunity to step back and look at why we are not “flowing” with life. The symptoms of illness and disease reveal a lot about our conscious and subconscious states. It presents us with the chance to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. The Spiritual Healing program takes you on healing journey of the self and for healing others. A practitioner level course, the Spiritual Healing Certificate teaches you how identify the underlying spiritual cause of ill-health and how issues such as your sense of self, relationships, work, genetic, lifestyle and environmental factors influence health. We will introduce you to an energetic healing paradigm that will restore a connective state, the mind, body soul connection, by working on the auric, chakra and nadi systems. You will learn practical and effective techniques to treat energy imbalances to reconnect the mind, body and spirit to restore health and well-being. Who is this course for: The spiritual healing course is for people who wish to work as a professional healer or for people who want to learn how to heal themselves, their family and friends. Course structure: This 1 year part time course provides practical theoretical aspects of energy work with the added bonus of experiential “hands on” work in classes. Students attend on 2 hour class per week over four terms. Students are required to do a total of 6 days of supervised healing sessions in our student healing clinic. Students gain confidence and experience as a practitioner. Energy and how it flows into and through the body Key Features of the Certificate include: · Developing the skills to diagnose the aura and charka system · Learning how to uncover the spiritual causes of disease and how to help your clients deal with the issues that have created ill-health. · How to become proficient in directing energy into the auric bodies / charka system to remove energetic blocks from the auric and charka system. This includes working on the nadi and endocrine system. · How to set up a healing room create the perfect healing space to make your client feel comfortable and supported. · Developing sound practitioner skills and code of ethics. ASSESSMENT CLINIC Spiritual Healing students are required to complete 54 hours of supervised clinic time in the Chiara College Healing Clinic. This provides them with the ideal platform in which to put into practice the series of procedures that are taught during classes and to expand their experience. Retreat The Spiritual Healing retreat is an ideal opportunity to experience a weekend of healing for the self as well as gaining competency in practical healing procedures. Students will also develop new healing techniques that will enable them to integrate trust in themselves and their connection to spirit. Pre-requisites: The Metaphysics Certificate or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. However, we strongly recommend that spiritual healings students eventually undertake Metaphysics Certificate. Commencing Term 4, 2008 Overview: The Advance Certificate of Metaphysics is a course that is designed to facilitate each student’s sense of "soul" through the integration of higher consciousness and global consciousness. Students are introduced to the “Tree of Life” – the spiritual journey through the archetypal energy as defined by the kabala. This course gives you the forum to become the being of light that you truly are according to the karma of your soul's desire. You will experience the Kabalistic archetypes coupled with the chakra system and identified through the tarot. It is a defining course in your spiritual journey. Who is this course for: The Advanced Certificate of Metaphysics is a course that suits students dedicated to exploring the depths of soul and its role within the universe and for those who want to uncover their higher truth. Course structure: The Advanced Certificate in Metaphysics is a one year part time course held over a series of twelve (12) one-day workshops. These experiential workshops provide the perfect forum for deeper exploration of the self and of “All that Is” in a supportive environment. Key Features of the Certificate include:

PROFESSIONAL STUDIES / LIFE PROGRAMS Diploma of Intuitive Sciences Commencing Term 3, 2008 Overview: The Diploma of Intuitive Sciences is a specialised course for people who want to work at a practitioner level in the field of Intuitive Sciences. If you want to learn how to develop your psychic abilities and you are interested in developing a broad range of skills which includes doing astrology, numerology, tarot, past life therapy, chakra therapy and soul work, then this course is right for you. Our Intuitive Science course focuses on teaching you how to get in touch with the “intuitive” self, that part of you that has a deeper knowing about things, that part of you that can guide you to make life choices that are right for you. Emphasis is place on working with ethics and a strong foundation in self awareness, developing energy awareness and how to work with your guides making you professional in every sense of the word. Who is this course for: This life program is for those wishing to engage in various facets of psychic work. Course Structure: The Diploma of Intuitive Sciences is a theoretical and practical skills based experiential course. This 1.5 year course is run over six terms. Each term is 10 week longs.
